What this is
California Proposition 65, formally the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals listed by the state.
Why it's here
Nicotine is on the Prop 65 list. We are required by California law to display this warning to California consumers. The warning is not unique to ORB — every nicotine product sold in California carries the same warning.
What it doesn't mean
It is not a recall, not a finding of unique risk, and not an indication that ORB is more or less safe than other nicotine products. It is a state-mandated disclosure.
