Age Policy

21+ only

ORB sells only to adults of legal nicotine purchase age. The U.S. federal minimum is 21, set under the federal Tobacco 21 law. Some states require additional verification.

How we verify

At checkout, your billing name, address, and date of birth are checked against public records via a third-party verification service. If the records check passes, payment proceeds. If it doesn't, we ask for a one-time ID upload.

Underage attempts

If verification fails twice, the order is cancelled and the email is flagged. We don't share the data with anyone, but we do keep it long enough to prevent re-attempts.

Delivery

Adult signature is required by the carrier at delivery. The driver will request ID showing 21+.
