Unopened cans

We accept returns of unopened cans in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping; refund to original payment method when received.

Opened cans

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened nicotine products. This is standard across the industry.

Defective or damaged

Email hello@orbpouch.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace the affected cans at no charge, no return needed.

Wrong item shipped

Our fault. Email us and we'll ship the right thing immediately — no need to return the wrong one.
